PAYMENT
A $200 non-refundable retainer is due at time of booking in order to secure your spot. The rest of your package price is due two weeks before your session date – if you would like to break up payments you definitely can, as long as your session is paid for in full 2 weeks before your session date!
GALLERY
You’ll get your photos back 2-4 weeks after your session! You’ll receive your high resolution images in an online gallery that you can download your photos from.

DO YOU OFFER MINI SESSIONS?
Yes! I offer mini sessions a couple times per year. You can watch my Instagram account or let me know you’d like to be added to my email list to be the first to know when a mini session date opens up!
HOW IS A LIFESTYLE NEWBORN SESSION DIFFERENT THAN A STUDIO NEWBORN SESSION? DO YOU USE ANY PROPS/WRAPS OR DO ANY SPECIAL NEWBORN POSING DURING YOUR NEWBORN SESSIONS?
My newborn sessions take place in the cozy comfort of your home (or an outdoor location!). Rather than having a focus on elaborate prop setups or newborn poses, my sessions have a much more natural feel to them and focus on capturing the connection between your family and your newborn, as well as capturing the sweet details of what they look like (because they change so quickly!).
I do bring along a couple neutral blankets and wraps for you to use if you’d like, but do not do the newborn wrapping or posing you see in studio newborn sessions. My focus is on the love and connection and what naturally occurs as you snuggle and breathe in your sweet new baby.
I’M SCARED MY KIDS WON’T COOPERATE, WHAT CAN I DO TO MAKE SURE THE SESSION GOES WELL?
The number one thing I want you to do as the parent is relax and see this as a time to play, snuggle, and enjoy each other! When we are stressed, kids can sense it, and I will actually be able to get the best photos when you allow yourself to just love on your kids at your session.
I always make sure to connect with the kids at the beginning of the session (or give them space if they seem like they’d prefer that!) and make our time together as fun and as special as I can for them!
I’ll email you with some tips as your session approaches, but some of them include making sure your kids are well fed before the session, ideally not having a busy day before the session and allowing them to get their naps in, telling them that we are going to have fun taking pictures together, explore outside, play little games and give each other cuddles. Treat the session as an exciting and positive thing rather than something to dread!
As far as treats go, you know what your kids respond to best, but I will say that introducing candy early into a session tends to make the kids hyper-focus on wanting more candy, and it can be hard to get them to forget about it and you may end up with a lot of photos of them chewing candies 😉 Instead I would bring them as a just-in-case idea, or something to introduce later in the session, and I promise I’ll keep things fun for them!
I LOVE CANDID AND UNPOSED PHOTOS, BUT ALSO WOULD LIKE A FEW OF US SMILING AT THE CAMERA, IS THAT POSSIBLE?
Yes, of course! The main focus of my sessions are natural and interactive photos but I always take some photos of you smiling at the camera as well. I specifically always make sure to get one or two photos of the whole family smiling at the camera.
